Ich sehe oft in videos und restaurants wie die messer geschärft werden und danach sofort zum einsatz kommen. Beim schärfen werden ja kleinste stahlteile abgeschleift. Sollte man danach nicht mit wasser über das messer gehen damit diese weg sind?
