Hello everyone,
I want to get a sailing license, which would allow me to rent a sailboat without a skipper in the Mediterranean, and I'm completely overwhelmed as to how to proceed. It would be really nice if someone could help me. I live in Düsseldorf and have this month (September) completely free. (*I'm 18 years old)
Maybe some people here speak from experience and can help me.

In principle, the “official sports boat license coastline” is enough. You need it in any case and many charterers like to see it if you also have a pronounced “sail certificate” of a sailor’s association.
Additionally useful is a UKW radio certificate – but not a prescription.
