(See picture) How can I see these unread emails?
Hello,
I keep getting a message at the bottom of Apple's Mail app saying I have 14 unread emails, but they're not showing up in my regular inbox or spam folder. How can I read them, or rather, "find" them?
It may be that this is your iOS 18 IMAP bug. It does not appear with any email provider and you can't do anything.
Not least on iPhone. On the PC via the browser or in the app of the email provider (if it has one), it works.
So far, Apple couldn't fix this error.
There should also be a button on the left, so a circle with several smaller lines among each other:
It serves for filtering. Then you will only see the unread emails. And I would go to the common inbox for all email accounts, then you will see all unread emails with it, from all your mail inputs of all email accounts.
Otherwise, simply look at the number behind the respective inbox, that is the number of unread emails in it. Then you see what account they are in.
This actually refers to the currently opened inbox.
If you are under mailboxes on "All", it shows the unread from all. Go through the individual mailboxes in the menu, there is the number in addition to everyone in the menu.
