Now my question is, can you make up for a six in the final exam and what grades do you need to fail the exam?

A 6 can be offset by a 2. You will fail the exam if you have a 6 and a 5 and cannot balance them appropriately. In your case, with the grades given, you most likely failed the exam. You would have to take a retake in mathematics.
If I got a 5 in math, but a 3 in English, German and art, then I wouldn't have to take the re-examination, right?

You failed the final exam with 99% marks. Prepare yourself for repeating a class or retaking exams in the fall. You should also work on your German skills. 😉
