Scooter won’t start anymore?

Hi, I was just about to take a colleague home on my scooter. Then I drove up a small but steep hill. Despite full throttle, I could only go 30 km/h (the scooter can go up to 45 km/h). Right after the hill, I stopped and dropped my friend off at his house. Then the scooter turned off on its own. It hasn't started since. The tank and battery are full. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I imagine the steep hill put too much strain on the scooter.

I am grateful for any helpful tips.

First spark plug out when it’s wet, there’s no spark when it’s dry, the engine doesn’t get a fuel.

A possible problem could be that the mountain overloaded the engine. It could be that the engine is overheated or that it has come to another technical problem. It would be advisable to have the scooter checked by a person skilled in the art to identify the exact problem and find a solution.
