Scooter won't start anymore?

Hello, I drive a 70cc NRG (which runs a bit rich). I drove it a very short distance today and then turned it off. After about an hour, I started it with the choke (as usual). It then ran for about 10m. After that, the engine only revved but it wouldn't move forward. When I took my foot off the gas, it died. Since then, I've started it once or twice but only the engine turned, the rear wheel very slowly. The spark plug was very oily and I cleaned it, but it still didn't start. Unfortunately, the kickstarter doesn't work because of all the tuning. Is it the spark plug? I ordered a new one, or is something else wrong.

The carburetor is adjusted. It sounds like too little KS. If you set off the gasoline cock with the engine running, it turns up just before leaving.

As Verbastelt, as the Bock is, it's more likely something else's broken.

Kickstarter is unfortunately not working all tuning.

This will be ..used and finished..

otherwise he always went over the e starter and now it is no longer going
