My Peugeot Jetforce scooter won't start anymore. It was working a week ago. After I changed the air filter, it won't start anymore, even with the kickstarter. When I kick it in, it makes a noise as if there's no air filter on it at all, or as if it's leaking!

When measuring the continuity, because there was no ignition spark, I measured the input of the ignition coil with the housing and there was continuity.

It may be that you have not installed an original air filter, but a “Sport-/Renn air filter”….
If so, please build the one with which the scooter still ran before the rebuild and then try to start again….
Did you take the air filter out of the plastic film before it was installed – if it was over?
