Scooter problems?

I installed a new alternator on my scooter (because the old one was broken), but it won't start without a battery. I measured it with a voltmeter and (without a battery and with the ignition off) I activated the kickstarter, and it went up to about 3 to 3.5 volts. When I turned the ignition on, it went down to about 1 to 1.5 volts.

My battery is half to completely dead and when I turn on my scooter it goes up to about 11.8 volts and when I accelerate nothing changes and when I apply the rear brake it goes down to about 11.5 volts.

I ordered a new battery.

Battery broken and nothing goes without. That’s it.

Battery broken and nothing goes without.

Each vehicle with AC-CDI runs without a battery, as the high-voltage charging anchor directly charges the ignition capacitor. Do you know that a DC-CDI or an ECU is installed on the questioner?
