In order to be able to move the scooter on German roads in compliance with regulations, you either need a German permit or a CoC for a younger vehicle.
But a year ago I could only use the permission of the roller on 25 registrations. And have some more papers from the insurance. I want to keep selling the scooter. Can I then issue the old registered insurance papers & approval?
Acquiring an insurance license is not the problem – even completely without any document. However, this means that the vehicle still has no valid papers for operation in road traffic. The potential buyer should know that.
the scooters do not have to be registered, but only insured. To do this, you need an operating permit or a COC.
