Scooter electrics broken, battery connected incorrectly?

Hello, I have a 125cc scooter (Aprilia Leonardo, 1998) and accidentally didn't connect the negative terminal properly, which caused me to activate the electric starter. This of course burned a wire (on the ignition coil). I've replaced the wiring harness and ignition coil. My question is, what else typically breaks in such an accident (voltage regulator? CDI?). I'll be replacing the alternator soon, since the pickup doesn't show any resistance when you use a multimeter.

I'm looking forward to answers 🙂

Basically, all electrical components of the car that hang on the voltage can have one away.
