If I unplug the carburetor of my 45 cc scooter from the intake manifold [remove it completely] my scooter starts if I put brake cleaner directly into the manifold but when I reinstall the carburetor nothing happens, just organ organ What's there: the ignition spark is there, the carburetor has been cleaned.
Probably the starter freewheel is defective.
When the small Raedchen (from the starter) turns, the freewheel locks. sometimes helps in, otherwise replace.
What is the freewheel
The part between starter and starter wheel. It’s in the drive housing.
