Scooter doesn't go at top speed?
I have a Kymco Vitality 50 2T.
The problems started a few days ago.
At first, it didn't want to go fast at all. Then I changed the spark plug, and now it goes 50 km/h.
The only remaining problem is accelerating. If I start the scooter from cold and want to go, and I turn the throttle too far, the scooter starts to sputter and suddenly the revs drop. So every time I set off, I have to start at 25 km/h and work my way up.
The maximum speed is also only 50km/h instead of 80km/h
There’s a powerful manipulated on the engine. No advice can be given.
Thank you for your help, but he goes back. Very funny
Specifies a maximum speed of 45km/h. And that in the cold state he does not yet bring full performance, I also light up. How do you get to Tempo 80?
Check the ignition.
I’m coming to 80km/h because he’s been driving 80 before.
Then he is no longer original.
So that he gets full power in cold condition is aware of me. But it is normal that when you turn the gas too far, the roller briefly stutters and then no longer drives (only 10km/h drives)
So there’s only two things in my mind: check ignition. Perhaps the ignition time is not correct or something with the sprite circuit (injection/gasifier/tank/gasoline tap) does not run round.
I feel it’s the underpressure, better said petrol cock. will then show
I’m driving him open
Soooooo,
as it looks, I just installed my carburetor incorrectly.
She’s cleared
