Scooter broken, maybe ignition broken?

Good evening, I thought I'd ask here and explain it as best as I can.

Three days ago my scooter unfortunately gave up the ghost (only 5000km on the odometer and not even two years old)

The model is a 4-stroke 50cc, it was well run in, and I changed the oil after 1,000km, but nothing else…

Now, during the frosty days, I was constantly having problems with my scooter. It was always frozen solid, so I drove to work at almost full throttle. Because the roads were slippery, I had to turn the scooter off and on again every 15 seconds. On an 8km journey, that was probably about 100-150 times, which eventually caused the MTK light to flash.

So I drove to the gas station and got new engine oil because my old one was already empty. I filled it up and because I was pressed for time I didn't pay attention to the dipstick, which meant I put in too much oil. I still got to work with it and even made it the whole way, except for the last 500 meters, when it simply died while idling at an intersection.

I couldn't hear any noise in case it was a piston seizure, with a helmet and traffic you can't hear that well 😀

I checked the ignition spark, it is there

I measured the resistance on the coil itself and it is around 13 KOhm (not the one under/behind the alternator) the one between the plug and the alternator.

I've already changed the oil again and noticed some wear.

Now the question is, did turning it on and off destroy the ignition?

Does this have nothing to do with it and did I simply cause the piston seizure by not changing the oil regularly?

What else can I check to rule out piston seizure?

Ps it doesn't start with the starter either.. l

Thanks for watching

You've got two years of warranty, so go to the workshop. it is more of the lack of oil than the oil change. But why does it need so much oil?

Kickstarter? If not, once battery and starter considered?

If you mean that the ignition spark is there and also start pilot does not help to remain air supply and test compression. For safety reasons, I might still open the carburetor and check the nozzle/floor/throttle valve
