Scooter broken?

I need help! My scooter was repaired yesterday by a specialist shop, a very good scooter shop. The control unit and clutch were broken. After 3 hours, I turned the engine off for a moment because I was on my cell phone. Suddenly, I wanted to start the scooter again. It was making strange noises and wouldn't start with the kickstarter. As soon as I try to use the electric starter, the check engine light flashes; that is, when you turn it on, it comes on; as soon as I try to start, it flashes. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do? I still have the receipt, or does anyone know what the problem is? I have a 4-stroke / Digita 51
