Scooter at 17?
I'll be 17 in March and if everything goes well, I'll have my driver's license… is it really worth getting a scooter… I don't want it to be embarrassing 😅
Thanks in advance

Hello, I had my first driving lesson on the motorway, and my instructor gave me a guideline speed of 50 km/h for entering and exiting. Of course, this can vary depending on the road surface and curve. If I'm driving at 100 km/h (6th gear) in the first lane and exit, I should be able…
I want to get my scooter license soon… when can I start, and how tall do I have to be to avoid falling over at a traffic light or being unable to get on? I'm 14 years old and only 1.66m tall. I'm not talking about the e-scooter! So: – From what age? – Height?
If the chain is not properly tensioned and is already slacking, would that result in a significant loss of performance compared to a normally tensioned chain? Does this also mean a loss of driving power, for example when driving away from a traffic light? What performance losses can be expected? Thanks!
So, my scooter has been sitting for about 3-4 weeks and now it won't start. It was running perfectly before. I use starting fluid to get it to whine for a short time and then immediately die. What could be the problem, and what can I do?
Hi, I've fallen in love with a 125cc sports bike. It cost €2,600 new. You can pay it off in 12 installments, rounded off at €200 a month. Do you think that makes sense? I've already got my driver's license, but I don't have a bike, and with a €500 mini-job, it'll be a while…
Hello, I saw an offer for a 2004 Yamaha WR 450 F Supermoto. It only has 3,000 km on it. And it's quite affordable. Now to my question: At what mileage does the engine need to be overhauled? 10,000, 15,000, 20,000 kilometers, or more? And does anyone know when and how often you need to…
I think it’s worth it. V.a. because you can often not afford a car with 18 and so a scooter is unbeatably favorable in maintenance. I’d rather buy an old 50 moped, like Zündapp or Simson. You can do everything yourself with some skill.
Where you just mentioned cheaply: Ne mobile Simson or Zündapp (even in old West-Mopeds the prices have increased sharply) now cost from approx. 2000 euros upwards, whereas a corresponding scooter is already available from 500 euros.
Okay, you’re right. In the purchase, they are expensive. There is no loss of value if you sell the part after a few years.
That’s right, you should have turned a T1 Samba away
Guess that young you don’t think so strategic. Had a VW T2 Bulli with 20. Buy back wound wg hidden engine damage. If someone had told me that a few decades later I would get over 20,000 euros, even though he had cost me only 1800DM, I would have put him in a barn.
Costs less than a car. Is it embarrassing to be seen on a scooter? Or is it embarrassing you not to have money for a car? Or…?
I don’t know if that’s embarrassing or net♂️ ♂️
then you can only drive the AM class; is in B or BF17 included. you are not alone
