Pulse while sitting, then stand up and measure directly how different it is. If he’s at least. about the 30 bpm high it could be pots. Read this through – POTS and Dysautonomy.

Go to the doctor. That could be a vitamin deficiency, but also something else.

Magnesium, potassium, B12, D3.

Maybe your heart is too weak or you use your legs too little to pump the blood out of your legs back up.
