Dizziness after corona infection?

I've been suffering from recurring dizzy spells for two years following my coronavirus infection. It started one week after I recovered from the infection. While working on a screen, I had severe dizziness, a burning sensation in the back of my head, and I felt like vomiting. Since then, I've had sporadic dizzy spells and I react very sensitively to moving images, both on the television and on my smartphone. It feels like I'm tipping backwards in a chair, and the dizziness varies from person to person. I've been to all sorts of specialists (cardiologist, neurologist, ENT, ophthalmologist, MRI of my skull), but nothing has been found. I'm really starting to despair because no one can help me :(. I've been on sick leave again for a week now because I'm suffering from circulatory problems and sporadic dizziness again.

I’ve been dizzying for years. Wherever you’ve found nothing, take pills against the gloomy ever since.

A doctor can help you further, because here a diagnosis of lay people is not serious.
