Guten Tag, ich mache in 2 Wochen mein deutsches Sportabzeichen und wollte wissen ob man so schwimmen kann wie man will oder ob es eine Vorgabe z. B. Kraulen oder nur Brustschwimmen gibt. Danke im voraus schonmal für die Antworten 🙂

Gibt es kleine Tampons mit großem Auslaufschutz?

Hallo, ich bin noch nicht so alt aber leider habe ich eine relativ starke Blutung. Es gibt im Drogeriemarkt leider nur kleine Tampons, welche dann einen nicht so großen auslaufschutz haben, welchen ich fürs Schwimmbad aber entspannender finden würde (nicht so große Angst auszulaufen). Well, the right technique can be at least partially learned, I’m just doing a private swimming course – and they help you lose the fear 😍

yes the movements can be largely learned with floating wings, the rest is exercise,
