Moin, bin leider auf eine Betrugsmasche auf Ebay reingefallen. Es handelte sich um Stadion Tickets welche Verkauft wurden. Könnte die Polizei mich bestrafen oder besteht für mich als Käufer keine Gefahr.

Loading...Guten Tag, will mir auf eBay ein Konzert Ticket kaufen. Auf dem Foto ist aber der Verkäufer “Falzmarke” zu lesen. Was genau sind das für Tickets also von welcher Seite und sind das a4 Seiten oder so e Ticket (pdf zum selber ausdrucken)?

Und zwar wollte ich fragen ob ich 1 Station Früher in ICE einsteigen darf ich sollte von Berlin Hbf laut mein Ticket steht da Berlin HBF aber es fährt auch von Ostbahnhof das ist die selbe Bahn nur 1 Station früher dürfte ich 1 Station früher einsteigen oder muss ich extra zahlen?
Wie kann es sein, dass die Tickets bei mir in der App günstiger sind, als die Tickets in der App meiner Freundin? Also es macht ja irgendwie gar keinen Sinn.

As long as you can’t prove a crime, no one can punish you either. You saw something on eBay you wanted to buy, that’s not a crime.
Tickets are not drugs or weapons. You have been cheated and “Black Market” is something completely different in this case. You, as a private buyer, don’t pay taxes.
