Black dots in stool, fear..?

Hello,

Unfortunately, I've noticed that there are very few black dots in my stool. My bowel is also making noises, and sometimes I feel slight pressure in my left abdomen and sometimes in my right. Very strange. I've already had a gastroscopy; I have a fungus in my esophagus and an inflamed esophagus. My stomach itself is fine. Although minimal round cell infiltrates were seen in the duodenum, which is harmless.

A colonoscopy wasn't performed. I'm afraid it's colon cancer… I don't know what to do.

I once put a black dot on the toilet paper, and it ended up looking greenish and solid. (I have a picture.)
