Pregnant despite taking the pill and consuming alcohol?

Hello everyone, a week ago, my breasts were very sore, and this week I've been having daily stomach cramps. I'm eight days late, but that's nothing new since my cycle has been acting up despite taking the pill.
I had sex without a condom 3 weeks ago (I still take my pill regularly and without any problems) and have also been consuming a lot of alcohol in the last few days.
I think pregnancy can be ruled out, but I'm still worried. I've already called my gynecologist. Has anyone experienced anything similar, especially with breasts during pregnancy? (My nipples have been hard and painful every day for the past week, too.) Do you think pregnancy can be ruled out here?
