Compulsory schooling for how many years?
I attended a secondary school for 9 years and completed an apprenticeship for 2 years. I am considered discharged from school in December. Do I still have to go to school after December? Because of compulsory schooling.
(Bavaria)
I think that in Bavaria, you have to have been at school for 12 years to have fulfilled your compulsory schooling. In contrast to some other federal states, it is not ageing. In NRW, compulsory schooling ends, for example, in the school year in which one has become 18.
Now it’s important if you found a job right after the training. If not, the school authority would have to know that to point out that you are still subject to school. compulsory schooling usually ends at the end of a full Schooland this is usually not in December, but just before the summer holidays.
In your place, I’d keep my feet still to not wake up sleeping dogs as you say so beautifully. If the vocational school looks exactly, they could report to the school office that you don’t have 12 years.
I actually had to work half a year ago and then in september to make a training but if the know that I did not go to school I was afraid that one kind of punishment or similar comes as I work part-full time instead of going after this school duty
If! You don’t have to tell them.
Did you complete the training? Then you’re no longer professional.
I have not
Well, in reverse: well.
