Teaching cards are always good. I used a system where there is a green stack (can I), yellow (can I be halfway) and red (can I not or only barely). First you go through all and then spread them to the three possibilities. Then you make the red, until no more cards are on the stack, then the yellow, until you can and then again all the cards, that is, those that then lie on the green stack. If you do this for several days, you can do everything by heart.
