The first time you don’t have money on the card but on the associated account, the card is just the “deposit”.

Secondly, by the card insert “white the bank” that a load will come and locks this amount, i.e. it will be treated as if it has already been debited = specified. All available limits are included in the account balance including Evtl. Dispokredit are correspondingly reduced.

Consequence: as a minor you have no dispo and can only still have any prior notices as part of the GUTHABENS account.

So the plan won’t work from the outset, because if there’s nothing left, you can’t take anything off.

The money should no longer be available in a locked state.

Accordingly, your criminal approach would not be implemented.

You can no longer cancel an amount that has already been specified. It’s not available as a credit.

Before the amount is specified, you could take it off. Yeah, after your bank’s on it, it’ll be paid.

At least interest is incurred for patient overdraft. You may also block the account, which can then lead to unresolved direct debits, etc. Maybe there’s a processing fee for it.

I wouldn’t do that, because it causes definite problems that you need to worry about. And a locked account is also just crap.

1. Minors may not make debts by law.

2.) What you’re planning on, it’s heading for fraud. Fraud is a crime.

That you are considering such a fraud attempt at all and then asking, it is clear that you lack unrighteousness.
