School certificate and tax ID for the tax advisor?
Who knows what it's really like?
If a parent pays child support to his adult child (because the child continues to attend school) and files his taxes, does the tax advisor need the child's tax ID and a school certificate?
Key points: Children do not live with their father. Child support is paid (determined by the youth welfare office). Child benefit is fully credited.
Yes – the tax office needs the documents because of the “Good check” due to the child’s allowance.
The full-year child must present the school certificate to the parents anyway, half yearly! Just like the testimony…
And the tax ID is required for the system child in the tax return.
So for both things a clear YES.
Yes, both are necessary. Your “producer” can specify the maintenance payments at his tax. But he needs proof.
Yeah, he needs. He finally counts maintenance and he therefore has half the child’s allowance. For this purpose, Appendix Kind must be filled with tax ID and the further school visit must be submitted.
He is also allowed to regularly examine his dependency on full-year children (further school visit).
Shouldn’t be a problem to give him that.
In the case of a full-year child, he/she is entitled to a certificate of training – i.e. school certificate / certificate of enrollment or Certificate of the training establishment and also knowledge of its tax ID.
