This depends on what kind of “the” it is.

A.

Your example is about one Principlewhich is initiated with the subjunction or with the subjunction “that”. There’s always a comma in front of a parade.

  • What we find is,
  • We’ll find it good,
  • It’s beautiful,
  • We like it,
  • We look forward to

that the days will be longer.

B.

This is a Relative rate. The relative pronoun “that” can be in nominal or rechargeable. Relative rates are secondary rates and are always separated by commas.

  • In the house, theMy grandpa lives there. (Nominative)
  • In the house, the/which I bought is a lot to renovate. (Akk.)

C.

In the following sentences is “that” Article of the word.

  • The cop said, the car be wrongly parked. (Nominative)
  • The police asked me, the car to drive away. (Accusative)

D.

The following sentence is “that” Demonstrative pronouns.

  • I replied to the policeman, the here is not my car.

I think it’s okay.

The book we read was very boring.

If you can replace the word after the comma with “what” it is “that”.

That depends. Not always.

Bsp:

“We expect you to submit the application until the blazing.”

or

“The book they gave me yesterday…”

If you can replace “the” with “what” (so refer to the object that is about, here: the book), like “The book that you gave me…” it is written with a S after the comma.
If not, with two S.

In your case, “What we find well that…” is correct.

to coma

You don’t write anything after Koma.

According to comma, “that” can stand with double-S, or “that” with a S, depending on the context.

There are both variants

Your example is Conditions, that’s right S.
Here too:

  • I want that…
  • I wish…
  • He believed that…
  • She hoped that…
  • He insisted that…

When it comes to main word is it a Repeat the article with S:

  • The child who plays hiding…
  • The house to be sold…
  • The poem we are supposed to learn by heart…
  • The restaurant that closed…
  • The prayer that the priest said…

No condition set, simply a statement set, in the second example a relative set. Conditions or conditions: if/if applicable

I recommend https://www.das-dass.de/. On this website the difference between the and that, as I find, very well explained.
