I write diary regularly to sort my thoughts. I usually don’t write about experiences, or just about those who fall out of my routine.

I do this because I find it interesting to look back on my old self.

I’ll do it. I started with it because I was very angry one day and wanted to get rid of my frustration somehow. That actually helped me and I started writing up my negative feelings. At some point I added positive entries to the diary. Later I glued on some pages of papers to add things to individual entries later. Then on the inside of the cover came a few notes with stories from my life, a stick letter about me and a list of people I like. So my diary, which I use today, has become what it is.

Of course, I don’t write every day in my diary, but if I feel that something belongs in there, I’ll write it off. That’s a lot of fun. It has somehow developed into a kind of hobby to guide and design my diary. Of course, there are still negative entries today, but they have become a bit lesser in time since I am no longer in the upper level.
