Even small giving up is extremely exhausting?

What does it mean when even the smallest tasks in everyday life are extremely exhausting and pure torture?

It doesn't feel like tiredness, but like a fever that never goes away, a heaviness that doesn't let up, my body feels like it weighs 200 kg, but I'm only 72 kg.

He also became noticeably weaker and could barely carry the laundry basket; he had to drag it.

Well, I have it fluctuating, but I haven't been fit since 2020. Do you think this is long Covid?

You have to remember that I got Covid three times and I'm unvaccinated, for those who think that's vaccine damage.

Can't be that weak at 25? I had to give up all my dreams. I'm not completely bedridden, but I'm barely able to function. Even everyday tasks are difficult. That's why I now live in assisted living and don't work.

I have no idea if my life will ever get better.

Is there hope that this can be cured? What do you think?

Yeah, that can be Long Covid. I suppose you had 2 Corona before the vaccination was introduced. And that’s why you thought vaccinations were not possible.

A lot of what you’re describing could be a depression, but that you had to grind the laundry basket, it seems to me that way.

So I think it should be a physical disease.

Can’t be so weak with 25?

Yes. That’s what they called before Corona (and today it is called) ME/CFS. This disease was not systematically investigated at the time. Why one does not ever spend a single state euro in Germany (before Corona), that is inexplicable.

Probably you just didn’t want to know that this disease exists.

Typical causes:

chronic stress

Nutrients (Vit D, Iron, Magnesium,…)

Poor eating habits and resulting poor intestine microbiom.

Recommendation: Go to the doctor and have a full check!

Unfortunately, this is a big topic. I insisted on it for months, and in the end, I just paid myself all the tests myself.
