The body of a woman needs almost two years to recover from pregnancy, birth and the breastfeeding period of the child.

Sure, it is possible to get pregnant within a short time. Asking if it is reasonable, after all, every pregnancy leaves traces.
When I see an acquaintance that has 19 children: incontinence, vaginal prolaps, although operated twice (sometimes hard raised, bands back), so severely snared dam that some sitting positions are no longer possible, almost every stool hurts, no matter how soft it is…you don’t need to talk about the connective tissue. Doesn’t mean you’d have to be like this, but the risk is high if you don’t give the body time…and today you can.

With each child, the body remains just what and if the body cannot recover after the pregnancy…then, the physical consequences of this also follow faster.

Do as you think and think it’s right for you. It is your body that has to bear all the strains and suffers with every pregnancy. The faster the children come in series, the higher the load, because you don’t give the body time to recover.
We’re not machines, and there’s not a spare part for every problem.

Just like all other people, you also have only one health and that you put on it with many (and many quickly following) pregnancy. Your family is suffering and, first and foremost, you, if necessary, those who are supposed to take your complaints (Doctors & Co.).

But I saw so much during my training as a nurse; also at the Wöchnerinnenstation… there is no need for any word and advice, although it is asked. People make it like they mean. They can be told five times that their behaviour is harmful, they do it anyway, because they either don’t believe it or think it must now, as they think it and (classic) they won’t happen, after which it will be loudly whined and eaten when the damage is there.

Good luck!

Depending on how the birth was, you have to wait longer in an imperial section. But even with a dam cut, you should wait a while. But until everything from the last birth is out of it, a number of days have passed.

However, it is good for the development of the child when it is breastfeeded. And breastfeeding reduces the likelihood of a quick new pregnancy.

I wouldn’t be stressing at your place, enjoy the time with the first child. And let your husband work well (you still have to recover), maybe he doesn’t have it so eagerly with the next.

My sister’s 20 months younger than me. So my mother was pregnant like a good three-quarter year after my birth. Also know siblings with less difference. All right. But if you might have some individual reasons that you shouldn’t do it, IMMER would also be useful to listen to your doctor. Maybe listen to other professional opinions again

Give it Your body a little time to recover. I think you should wait six months until you get pregnant again.

Did everything go well at birth, nothing hurt or anything?

Goose You have some rest, just pregnant with a newborn is certainly strenuous.

That you want it is beautiful. Have you been told how long after birth you should wait with sex?

You have a little pleasure again, but… carefully, don’t exaggerate it.

Let yourself be pampered in the next weeks, relax You and enjoy…if you are not currently busy/will 😉

Okay, 4-6 weeks without sex…I guess that there’s no sense in any case;-)

One year, my sister has advised the gynecologist to wait for at least six months, and then to start with the ‘exercise’ again…

I think you can judge best yourself, which makes you feel good.

Wait for the first time, how the new life with child plays :

Let’s go Pamper yourself first and repeat yourself.

I 😘 You.

For your body it is not good and it could lead to complications if you get pregnant earlier than advised

It’s been his reason why you should wait so long. You hurt yourself and your body extremely if you get pregnant too soon. And a child needs a healthy mother.

And the doctor will know, right?

For me, health is first and you are not only responsible for you, but also for the abdominal gum.
