Spotting despite taking the pill?

I currently have the following problem: I've been taking the pill for almost six weeks without a break (= two blister packs). I missed a dose once in the second week, but I took the morning-after pill within the prescribed timeframe. I had definitely taken my pill correctly for the seven days before and afterward.

However, since yesterday evening, I've been experiencing very light, brown spotting and minimal abdominal pain. Could I be pregnant? Or could it be that my hormone levels are simply a bit out of whack due to my long-term cycle? I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms, like nausea or tightness in my breasts.

Thank you for all the answers!!!

The lubrication bleeding is more likely due to the lack of an intake pause. You shouldn’t do that easily with the pill afterwards. These are extreme hormone cans and no smarties. After that, a lot of things are messed up in the body.

You’re not pregnant to 99.9%. Your body is just waiting to bleed again.

Of course you did. You don’t get them at all. This is not a good idea, even though it is often the only option.

I’ll tell you about life experience with various similar experiences.

The pill does not in principle suppress bleeding. Manch a woman is not clear with the long-term cycle.

Could there be a pregnancy?

There is no pregnancy in case of safe prevention.

Intermediate bleeding is one of the most common side effects of the pill and can occur at any time. If you’re insecure if you could be pregnant, make a test to calm down.
