Spotting or fertilization bleeding?

Hey, I had a minor accident with the regular pill three months ago and then took the morning-after pill. I didn't feel well at all for those three months (probably because of the hormones). I also always had sex with an additional condom. I just had sex without a condom, because I think the pill will work normally again after three months. Of course, I went straight to the bathroom afterward and noticed a lot of blood coming out of me. Can anyone help me? Is this spotting (I had my withdrawal bleed just last week) or could it be something else? Could it also be caused by more intense sex? I urgently need help.
