Schmerztablette vor Zahnarzt (Kopfschmerzen)?

Ich habe heute Abend einen Zahnarzttermin, eigentlich erstmal zur Kontrolle, weil ich den Verdacht habe, ein Loch zu haben. Jedoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob sie nicht direkt sowas kleines behandeln.
Jetzt habe ich allerdings sehr starke Kopfschmerzen und im Internet finde ich nichts dazu. Lediglich, dass man keine vorbeugend wegen des Zahnarzts nehmen soll.
Kann ich dennoch eine Schmerztablette wegen meiner Kopfschmerzen einnehmen?

You can take the usual headache tablets: ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin. The latter would be a bad idea if it were a jaw treatment, because the blood dilution would be a problem.
They have all the side effects. Watch the package leaflet. For safety, you can also mention what you took with the doctor.
Sure you can take a tablet, but you should tell the dentist if he wants to treat you with anesthesia.
