Pain in the back of the thigh?

Hello,

I have a trigger point on the back of my thigh. When I press on it with the Blackroll or the edge of a chair, it hurts a lot and radiates down almost my entire leg. It doesn't hurt like a muscle, but more like it's on the bone.

I've marked the approximate spot on the picture.

What could that be?

Fascia, nerves?

Unfortunately, the doctor's appointment isn't until next month.

Thank you

A disintegration, maybe a muscle fiber crack. The ischiocrural musculature is probably affected. An important hip tracker, for example, supports sprints

First, the leg needs rest. Treatment with a cold ointment.

Good improvement

I guess this will be the Ischiasnerv that will trigger you.

To alleviate pain in the Ischias nerve are: step storage, spas, heat, orthopaedic inserts, massages and rubbing of affected areas with relaxing or blood circulation-promoting oils.

Otherwise contact a doctor or orthopaedic to clarify.

Good improvement
