That’s normal and have many women.

I used to have that too, through the change years I have only very rarely my period, and I have helped lightly massage the breasts against the pain.

It’s normal, it doesn’t help. Wearing a well-fitted bra and the use of heat or painkillers can help alleviate the discomfort.

I’d take normal Ibus – maybe it’ll help you bathe too. Many help the heat (not only for underlying pain)
