Lower back pain that radiates?

Hello

I've had lower back pain for weeks due to incorrect form when doing barbell rows. Sometimes the pain radiates down to my calf. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Ps: of course I can go to the doctor, so far it just hasn’t worked

But hello,

I guess that you too much in these exercises
into the hollow cross.
The pain will certainly pull over the Po,
this is the Ischiasnerv.

Try the following exercise several times a day
and for longer time.

This also helps me with fascia problems relatively quickly.
It would also be good to have simple chimneys with own weight,
the discs are also relieved during the day
and the corresponding muscle stabilized.
Good night and healthy sleep

You may suffer from a back injury such as a tapered bulge or an Ischialgie (pain in the area of the Ischiasnerv). Until you go to the doctor you could perform exercises to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles as well as stretching exercises for the lower back to relieve the pain

Good improvement

The Ischiasnerv. Possibly also a disc incident. With radiant pain always to the doctor. Only he can make the right diagnosis, not we lay people here.
