Foot pain?

Hello!

About two weeks ago, I landed rather awkwardly on a relatively hard mat while training (gymnastics). The angle between my leg and foot was very small. I hope you understand what I mean. My foot isn't swollen, but that's not unusual for me, as I've had little to no swelling with other injuries. Since then, my foot has hurt when I put weight in that direction, as well as when I press on the transition from leg to foot. When I land normally, it's pain-free.

What could this be and should I go to a doctor or will he just tell me to take it easy?

Yes there you should go to a doctor because even without swelling can be there a fat crack in it, be careful is so or so important, but sometimes the doctor must additionally help zb in the sense of raisins etc, therefore let go and run as limited as possible to as good as it is at first a week nich big.

Yes so bad and tend to train you should not at all be in any case, if you can absolutely exaggerate it, this can lead to chronic inflammation if you do not want to scrape the body breaks even if the vllt 2-3 months go but after that everything is good again.

That’s why you don’t have to go to the doctor, all right?
