schmerzen beim wasser lassen (bakterielle infektion ) was tun?
hallo 🙋♀️
ich weiß ich sollte hier nicht so fragen stellen jedoch weiß ich nicht mehr weiter
ich habe eine art wunde an meiner scheidenöffnung bzw daneben war deswegen auch heute beim frauenarzt jedoch meinte der arzt nur ich könnte entweder eine bakterielle infektion haben oder eine geschlechtskrankheit welche weiss ich nicht (wird noch untersucht) habe eine salbe bekommen die ich nichtmal richtig auftragen kann weil es keinen “halt” an dieser stelle hat also bringts nichts
die ärztin meinte auch wenn es nicht besser wird in einer woche soll ich wiederkommen
mein eigentliches problem ist nicht die schmerzen beim laufen oder so sondern das ich nicht mehr wasser lassen kann es geht einfach nicht mehr ich habe so schmerzen dabei das mein körper es von alleine unterdrückt. wie gesagt soll in einer woche wieder zum arzt jedoch kann ich ja jetzt nicht eine woche nicht aufs klo gehen
was soll ich jetzt machen oder soll ich einfach abwarten?

You can cover the wound against the pain either while you pee to me a cloth or a rubber glove so that no urine comes to the place or you try it while you are in a bathtub. I know this with the bathtub sounds disgusting but it helps. Many do this even if they have bladder inflammation because the warm water relaxes and relieves pain.
That the ointment doesn’t hold is okay. Mainly it remains hanging on the surrounding tissue and can be absorbed by the mucous membranes. You can also massage the ointment with a cotton stick for 15 minutes on the affected area so that enough active ingredient gets to the wound.
If this doesn’t work, you can apply a very small amount of betaisadonna to the wound with a cotton stick. Then at least the germs are killed and it won’t get worse.

Do not I meant to them all was also my first female doctor visit the doctor was rude did not come professionally over but was the only one who had so fast a date and no other doctor close there still termine called really everywhere
Yes, you have to go to the hospital, then you have to put a catheter or do something else, but the urine has to stay out of the body without causing your wound to ignite
