Pain all over your body?

I've been struggling with physical ailments for some time. It started about a year ago with constipation. I only have to go to the bathroom every 4-6 days, and my stool is always rock-hard, like goat dung. Then I developed neck and throat pain, which is sometimes very painful when lying down or using my phone. Other issues have developed, including chest and chest pain, as well as a blockage in the thoracic spine. Sometimes the pain along my ribs is so severe that it wakes me up at night.

Additionally, whenever I exert myself, I feel my heart pounding, and sometimes it feels like it's stopping, accompanied by a brief shortness of breath. This happens to me 10-40 times a day, whether I'm exercising or running. I now experience severe stomach pain after every meal, which is sometimes unbearable.

The symptoms haven't improved and have all remained. I went to the cardiologist, and after five visits, I was told everything was fine and I shouldn't come back. But I notice that something is wrong with my body. My girlfriend noticed something was wrong with me because of my mood. She googled everything and said it could be a "somatoform disorder," where you imagine things even though nothing is there. I wanted to see a hypnotist to get it checked out, but I'm convinced it's not all in my head. My girlfriend also listened to my heart when these irregular beats occurred, and she said it was really unusual.

I've had these symptoms for about a year, and I can't stand it anymore. Out of every 24 hours, I experience pain for 10-20 hours, in bouts. Sometimes I consider hurting myself because I can't stand it anymore. I've been to many doctors and clinics, including a gastrointestinal endoscopy, but everyone tells me everything's fine. But then where does all this pain come from?

A little about me: I'm 30 years old, male, 177 cm tall, and weigh 70 kg. Has anyone here experienced these symptoms or can offer advice? I can't take it anymore and am desperate.

This could also indicate psychological stress or possibly on fibromyalgia (global muscle pain with many other disorders). You don’t need to worry about the fact that your heart always sits out and your doctor found it harmless, because these are harmless heart stumblings that every person has, only the one who notices them intensively and the other doesn’t. Maybe you’re z. Something tensed and such symptoms can occur. Try to relax with muscle relaxation after Jacobsen or try Autogene’s training.

It can be quite psychosomatic. A specialist can tell you more about this.

also gave you a good tip.

You don’t need to despair – a doctor helped change me – I’ve done this more often. Opinion -Every doctor has a different training behind it. I then only asked in the acquaintance – then at next an.de (near ) naturally anonymous . Finally in a pain philosophy and have a fentanyl patch 50s and Gabapentin and Ibuprofen. Now it goes. Just don’t give up. The doctor change helped me. All good for you.

Hello Rain cloud

Your complaints may have various causes.

Write exactlywhat you eat from Friday to inclusive Monday and drink.

What profession do you have? When do you experience stress? Do you have leasing or loans?

How much time do you take to dinner? Where are you taking meals?

Do you cook for yourself and/or others?

Where are you buying something? Are you invited to dinner? When and by whom?

How do the working days look? What’s going on this weekend?

What hobbies do you care?

Did something change in your life about 1 year ago?

Yeah, that’s a lot of questions. However, I cannot give advice without these basic information.

Let’s check your spine.

You don’t know what displaced or blocked vertebrae can do anything.
