Pain and pulling in the left testicle for 10 days, sensitive to pressure and pain?

Last week, I had a seizure in which my muscles and scrotum contracted for several hours. My penis also lost blood flow. In the days following and up until today, I had a pulling and pain in my left testicle, and the testicle was also sensitive to pressure. Ten days have passed since then, and I still have a pulling sensation in my left testicle, and it feels different. I can feel tissue behind and below my left testicle that I can't feel on my right.

I realize it's the epididymis, but it didn't feel like this before.

It doesn't look swollen.

I've been to the urologist twice! And on the first visit he did a physical, and on the second he did an ultrasound, but he brushed me off and said it was nothing.
So what is it? Is the spermatic cord injured or inflamed? Is the epididymis inflamed?

I've had enough, I've never experienced anything like this before.

The pain radiates from my groin and pubic bone area into my left testicle.

For the first 2 or 3 days I also had pain in my lower abdomen.

The urologist must have said something. It could also be a prostate inflammation. However, you don’t have an extra fabric in the testicle.

Then it’ll probably be like that. But you could also go to the hospital to the Urologen to get the number safe.
