Snake has cloudy eyes, what to do?

Hello, my dears,

I've owned a small hook-nosed snake for a week now. I immediately noticed that it had a cloudy eye (see picture). So I put it in a damp linen bag and let it rummage around a bit. After that, the cloudy eye disappeared, and I put it back in the terrarium. However, today I noticed that it has a cloudy eye again. Do you think it's an eye cap or something else? Unfortunately, it's really hard to hold the little one because it's still so tiny, and I'm afraid of hurting it ☹️
