Sleep problems?

Hi,

I'm 17 years old, and yesterday I hit my head on the birdhouse. There was just a tiny bump, and that was it. Yesterday I couldn't sleep (barely). It felt like I couldn't sleep, etc. I don't know how to describe it, but I was tired. It was just that when I closed my eyes, I wasn't tired.

In any case, I also have psychological problems, but I keep them in the background because unfortunately I can't completely switch them off.

I've been suffering from sleep problems for a while now, but I've never felt like this before.

My first theory was that I had damaged the sleep center in my brain when I hit my head. To be honest, I don't know if that makes much sense.

I did get a little sleep, but it was very strange. I had a two-hour nap, like a normal nap, and then another three hours, but I only dreamed in bits and pieces. And when I woke up, I couldn't go back to sleep. Immediately, the thoughts started (which haunt me a lot), and I had that "can't sleep" feeling again.

What can you do with negative thoughts? Is it safe? Can you sleep in an emergency even with negative thoughts? Have I damaged my sleep center? etc.

I know you can't make a diagnosis on the internet, but I would like to ask the question here 🙂

Thanks in advance

It’s unlikely that the sleeping center is destroyed by a shock. The best concussion, then you get bad and dizzy.

Keep your complaints, go to the doctor. If he suspects, he’ll send you to the MRI

Yesterday? My theory is that there can never be a normal head bump, because all the victims with a bump would have destroyed at least some brain area + have not yet noticed which roof damage they have carried away.
