Schlaf nach Einnahme von Dormicumtablette?
Guten Abend, ich habe nächste Woche Dienstag eine Operation am Zahn, bekomme aber eine Dormicum Tablette zur Beruhigung. Meine Frage ist ob ich während des Eingriffes quasi schlafe also meine Augen geschlossen habe oder so. Ich habe mich diesbezüglich auch schon im Internet informiert aber die Antworten verwirren mich eher als dass sie mich aufklären sollten. Vielleicht hat jemand schon Erfahrungen mit diesem Medikament und kann mir berichten wie es sich währenddessen und nach dem Eingriff angefühlt hat und wie lange es gewirkt hat.

Dormicum contains the active ingredient midazolam and is a medicament from the group of benzodiazpines. This is a short-term hyponotic (smoothing and anxious sleeping agent with a short duration of action). Whether they’re completely gone during the surgery or simply sedated depends on how high the dose you take to you. The usual dose for adults is 7.5-15 mg.
If you are not used to benzodiazepines, it can be quite enough to contain 7.5mg. However, this also depends on the severity of the excitation state.
Midazolam (Dormicum) is a benzodiazepine, not a Narcotic, i.e. really sleeping or even anesthetic, you won’t be, but a little more chilling. But I would recommend you lorazepam (tavor) in a dose of 2.5 mg — that is, without tolerance, currently the anxiety killer badly. Better than the most commonly described alprazolam (Xanax) in the USA.
