That is, on average, about 7 hours of sleep. For a 14-year-old this is actually too little according to the recommendations, recommended at age 8-10 hours.

You should listen to your body. If you feel fit and sleep out and are not tired during the day, you might actually be enough for 7 hours. Generally, however, it would be recommended that you try to go to bed an hour earlier.

yes then well I go also imemr so around 0 urh schoafen and stand around 7 but I am completely tired but can also niccht so early sleep make then eif midday sleep
