Schizophrenia with obsessive-compulsive disorder?

Hello community.
So, before I ask a question, I'd like to tell you a little story. I'm 25 years old, and it all started with obsessive-compulsive disorder when I was about 5. I just remember scratching my cheek until it bled if I did something wrong or thought something wrong. At some point I also had a friend who was like a transparent cloud and we played with dolls (voice in my head). At some point when I was 9 I developed a swallowing disorder and then at some point when I was 10/11 I developed an anxiety disorder and also panic attacks. After that when I was 14 I just lay in bed depressed and the whole time I was paranoid. I thought my cat had a camera in its eyes and there were cameras in my room etc. Ego disorder, delusional disorder etc. I have been seeing a psychiatrist for over a year now and I have been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I can't believe it myself and wanted to ask if all of this could be part of schizophrenia, i.e. swallowing disorder, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder etc. And does anyone have any experience with this?

Collect all your questions that are important to you in connection with your medically diagnosed disease, write them up and place them (several) of the person who is responsible for your treatment or treatment. Therapy is responsible. For every question, you should write the answer in a word.

Unfortunately, there are too many ‘Laien-Psychiaters’ on GoodFrage, which are only 15 but know better than some professor with many years of professional experience.
