(Mold) fungus in the flowerpot?

Hello! 🙂

What's growing out of my flowerpot down here? Does it look like a fungus? 🍄🤔 There were also small, immobile white dots on top of the potting soil, as can be seen in the pictures below the pot. There were also two or three green mini sprouts (or something similar) growing out of the soil. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of them.

The soil is probably a bit too moist at the moment. The plant (Philodendron Pink Princess) looks fine; I recently trimmed it back a bit (some of the leaves had yellow edges), and healthy-looking new leaves are currently sprouting…

Can and should I "save" the plant? If so, how? It's quite large and its roots are firmly attached to a climbing support. It's obviously one of my favorite plants. 😀

Thank you in advance! 🙂

Yeah, that looks like a mushroom. It doesn’t hurt.

Previously, there was a peat of flowers. Today, it’s often a pie. Compost, wood fibers, bark, and others. This makes mushrooms grow.

Such questions come here more often.
