Schiefe Zähne, Schiene?
Hey ho,
Ich habe links 2 schiefe Zähne und der eine dreht sich nach hinten und der andere nach vorne.
Ich hab eine Schiene die nicht mehr 100% passt, aber ich frage mich, wenn ich die regelmäßig trage werden die Zähne dann wieder ordentlich gedreht, also wie sie waren, als ich die Schiene bekommen habe oder bleiben sie so schief?
Ich fühle mich wirklich super unwohl mit der Zahnfehlstellung.
Da ich volljährig bin kommt eine Kieferorthopädische Behandlung nicht in frage, da ich kein Geld dafür habe.

No, you’re making the wrong position worse when you force the rail in. Let’s at least make a new rail so that the tooth doesn’t turn any further.
