Schicht mit Kollegen dauerhaft tauschen?
Ich bin jetzt wo angefangen, wo eigentlich in 3 Schichten gearbeitet wird und ich mache anfangs nur Früh und Spät um überhaupt angelernt zu werden.
Das Ganze wird dann schätzungsweise so etwa ein Jahr laufen und dann wird vermutlich auf 3 Schicht umgestellt.
Jetzt wäre nur meine Frage, da ich weiß, wie mir die Nachtarbeit zusetzt, ob man auch quasi permanent die Nacht mit wem anders tauschen kann.
Weil man kann ja erst versuchen, die Nacht so zu umgehen als wenn die Zipperlein dadurch mich zum Arzt treiben und ich mit Attesten wedeln muss.
Sofern man also einen Tauschpartner hat, der auf das Extrageld scharf ist, ist sowas denn grundsätzlich möglich?
Wie ist sowas bei euch geregelt?
Also ich rede nicht von einmaligem Schichttausch sondern quasi immer wenn bei mir Nacht käme, dann zB. zusätzlich Früh oder Spät zu haben.

Is possible if the superior agrees. With my ex, it was that the night bonuses were no longer valid for the other. If the superior does not agree, it must not be exchanged. And in the learning phase, I wouldn’t do that theater. Otherwise you sit on the street very quickly without giving reasons. There is also: everyone has to learn every layer – finished! If not, then it’s the wrong job
I also don’t say that I want to trade right away, it’s just about if I should be there for a few months and the AG just realizes that it’s a great fit for work, that you just ask about the moto “I notice how the nightwork is going to be, would it be possible to change with whom else?”
It would also be stupid to arrive right at the beginning, and would wait and wait for the general feedback. Because anyone who finds someone good is probably more prepared for such solutions than when one comes new and demands.
You have to try. But I would rather think that they reject it from protection from other workers.
