Disc brakes don't work in water?

I have an e-scooter with disc brakes at the front and rear. The scooter has been repaired three times, and the brakes were replaced three times because they weren't working. A month ago, it came back, and my God, the brakes finally worked. But now, whenever it's wet, they don't work again, as if I were coasting. Can someone please help me.

Have you ever tried brakes from another manufacturer?

Brake pads are already mounted on it and also properly around?

If the brake discs are any funny construction without holes, slits or the like? In this case, it would be clear if the water film is not removed and the coverings are floating. This is true after a few meters of brakes, but it can’t be the true thing.

I advise you to contact a workshop for the technical diagnosis – something is extremely critical to see and in any case fix immediately.

Spray the discs with brake cleaner and test again.
