Do you also look at the calorie count when shopping?

I used to laugh at those fitness and health-conscious people who check the nutritional information on every product while shopping. I feel the same way now. Is that still normal, or is it over the top?

Sometimes when I compare something. Otherwise, I can estimate quite well and in some cases I’m also completely laughing.

I look more at the remaining ingredients and nutritional values.

No I don’t look at the nutrients and not the calories when shopping. Because I buy as good as no finished product, it is not necessary. Most of what I buy is fresh vegetables and there are no nutritional details or calorie details.

I don’t care how many calories I take.

On the one hand, because I really never take a lot, on the other hand, because I do a lot of sports and that’s what I’m doing.

Sometimes. I usually know the calories, or I’ve already gogled.
