I would try garlic. With us in the organic shop there are fermented. Then there is no mouth odor

But you can cook a lot with it. It’s probably best to eat it in the evening because it reduces your blood pressure, which could cost you energy. My father eats a toe every day before going to bed

Try it better Mangesium glycinate

The correct magnesium can reduce blood pressure. (not magnesium oxide)
